About Me

Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe and where memories are made. It is your home base.

Coming from three generations of Realtors, including a grandfather, father, sister, uncle, and cousins, Rodger learned to specialize in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting with and protecting his clients.

While most Realtors learn to market properties after they are licensed, Rodger was a skilled marketer working with real estate professionals and builders before joining the ranks of agents. He quickly built a reputation for fulfilling his clients' needs as his key goal. His buyer and seller clients receive personal attention and full disclosure. A trained communicator, he stays in touch with them regularly to keep them informed throughout the process.

As a marketing professional before moving into sales, he developed real estate sales tools for other Realtors and developers, including brochure design and creative advertising. Past clients include the original developer of Cedar Pass Ranch in Eagle Mountain and several builders in Salt Lake County, along with several developers in California.

Working with Rodger is going to be different with his passion about helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.

His purpose is to lead, guide and protect them in their journey to buy or sell a home. His ideal client is someone looking for and appreciative of the wisdom and skill only years in the business brings.

His past accomplishments include the prestigious Leaders in Online Service (LIONS) award, an award for online marketing from Realtor.com and two national awards for real estate public relations.

Before starting the process, he likes to meet and discuss what's important to his clients so he can successfully represent them as a consultant, negotiator, and the overseer of all the details.
